New from construction, our team will make sure every aspect of your apartment is ready for you to make it your home. Ensuring all appliances are fully functional, all building componets are in working order, and your apartment home is clean, tidy and fresh.

Our on-site maintenance team is made up of our seasoned Maintenance Supervisor and a dedicated technician, with the support of the regional maintenance team and backed by our in house development team.

Simply submit a work order through your resident portal or APP, or contact our 24 hour emergency line to report emergant maintenance needs.

Our maintenance professionals will promptly address any maintenance issues by entering your unit and completing the requested work. After completion, they'll provide a detailed record of the tasks performed for your reference.

In order for your work order to be completed, you can either give our team permission to enter in order to complete the work order, or schedule a time with out maintenance professional where you plan to be present.

During office hours, if you find yourself locked out, feel free to visit the office and request access from our staff. However, if you are locked out after-hours, you will need to arrange and pay for a locksmith to provide you with access to your apartment.

You have the freedom to decorate your apartment as you please without any penalties. However, it is important to remember that you will be responsible for restoring the apartment to its original condition before you received it or you may have move-out charges.

There is no cost to tour at Baldwyn, we welcome you to come take a look around.

You are welcome to schedule a tour in advance to ensure availability, however, walk-ins are always welcome at any time.

Our office is open 7 days per week and we welcome you to stop by, call, or email any time during office hours.

To apply simply visit our website, and select the home you wish to apply for. You can do this 24/7 from the comfort of your home, or we are happy to offer support in office.

Your application will typically be processed and approved within 1 to 5 business days.

Your deposit an application fee will be due prior to lease signing, and the balance of your move in costs will be provided in a clear statement prior to your move in date.

Thoroughly understand the lease agreement before signing and consider renters insurance for added protection. Know your responsibilities for maintenance and repairs, and be familiar with your rights as a tenant. Maintain open communication with the on-site team for any issues. Lastly, build a positive rental history by paying rent on time and being a respectful tenant.

There are multiple ways to make rent payments. You have the option to pay online using your bank account, credit card, or debit card. If you prefer to pay with a money order or cashier's check, you can utilize e-mobile deposit. Additionally, you can bring checks, money orders, or cashier's checks directly to the office. Choose the method that is most convenient for you to ensure timely rent payment.

You can pay online via your resident portal or through the resident mobile app.

Monthly cost will be based on your selections for parking, pets, etc. Any monthly utility fees will be in your lease agreement or through your utility provider.

Yes, you are required to maintain a renters insurance liabilty policy of $100,000 during your tenancy. We partner with e-premium to help make this process afordable and easy.

No utilities are included with your rent.

To setup your electric account contact Seattle City Light directly or visit them online to start service.

We are pleased to offer a $250 resident referral when you referr a neighbor.

Guests are always welcome to visit, and we encourage you to host them while ensuring that they adhere to our Community Guidelines. Please remember that you are responsible for your guest's behavior during their visit. Additionally, please be mindful that overnight guests are limited to staying no more than 14 consecutive days within the lease term.

We do not offer price adjustments based on lease term or advance rent payments.

Your security deposit attaches to the specific apartment home. Your deposit less any outstanding charges will be mailed to you after your move out.

Subletting is not permitted under your lease agreement.

A lease break fee equal to two times your rent amount is due in order to break your lease.
